How to order

  1. Please contact me at mkitahata@yahoo.com to order artwork.

  2.  For custom portraits, please send me a photograph you want me to turn into a drawing.  2560 x 1440 pixels or higher resolution photo is optimum.  Quality of the reference photo has direct influence on the final result of artwork: I may not be able to work from a blurry photos or photos taken from too far from the subject.

  3. I accept payment via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, or a personal check.  I will ship the work once the payment is cleared.  Sorry, I do not accept credit cards at this point.

Shipping

  1.  Custom portraits are wrapped in wax paper, then shipped in a rigid photo mailer envelope.  I can protect the work by laminating it for an additional $1.00  Shipping charge is $2.00 for USPS 1st class mail without tracking, and $8.00 for flat-rate Priority Mail with tracking.

  2. I have priced all oil or acrylic work including shipping cost.  The work will be carefully protected and shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking.

Other

  1.  As a rule, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns unless the item you received was different from my descriptions. Please give yourself ample time considering if y0u really like the style and quality of my artwork.

  2. So far I have never seen a case where the item was lost in shipping.  As each item is uniquely made, I won't be able to take responsibility for loss during shipping. I would recommend you use the Priority Mail with Tracking for peace of mind.
